- Guest must provide accurate flight number, arrival time, and terminal details.
- Our driver will wait at the designated meeting point with a signboard displaying Sumitra name.
- Any flight delays, early arrivals, or changes must be communicated as soon as possible.
- Delays beyond 30 minutes may result in additional charges or cancellation of service.
- For flight delays, the driver will wait up to 90 minutes from the scheduled arrival time.
- If a guest does not show up within this period, the service will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
- Changes to the booking must be made at least 12 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- Cancellations made less than 12 hours before pick-up time will be charged 50% of the transport fee.
- No-shows or cancellations within 6 hours of pick-up time will be charged in full.
Vouchers are only valid and redeemable during the stay.
